Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We will gladly accept any unused, unpacked merchandise with original tags within 07 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- In case you have doubt about product, or damaged product shoot a video before opening the parcel in order to claim your return.
- Once order is confirmed customer hold no right to cancel it before shipment. In doing so customer is bid to pay the delivery charges upfront.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the return products.
